How it works

A remodel without the usual headaches

Most contractor horror stories come down to the same things: vague pricing, surprise charges, and disappearing crews. We run every project to avoid exactly that.

Free on-site quote

We walk the project with you, listen to what you want, and give you a clear written price. No pressure, no vague numbers.

Clear written contract

Scope, materials, timeline, and payment milestones in plain language, signed before we swing a hammer.

Milestone-based payments

You pay as visible progress happens, not upfront. Every payment is tied to work you can walk through and see.

Clean site, final walkthrough

We protect your floors, clean up daily, and walk every inch with you before the final payment. Nothing left unfinished.
